Lymph node?: Could be a lymph node, which when enlarged, can indicate presence of an infection. If sexually active, suggest seeing your dr / urgent care / 'std clinic' for evaluation. If not, and otherwise feeling fine, can give it a few days--don't check too often, irritation can keep lymph node enlarged.
