Possible: If you were ovulating right around when it was pulled, then it is certainly possible for you to have conceived. This might also depend on the type of iud that was in place as well. My gut feeling is that you are probably not pregnant this soon, but take a pregnancy test now and in about 1-2 weeks to be sure.
