Lymph nodes?: Depending on location--if near 'crease' between thigh & belly more likely--they could be lymph nodes. These can swell when infection near by--genital or in leg--or with other medical conditions. Should get examined by your dr / urgent care dr for proper diagnosis and any needed testing and treatment.
