Cataflam=diclofenac: Cataflam is a brand of diclofenac (http://www.Drugs.Com/sfx/cataflam-side-effects.Html) which is an nsaid, all of which relieve pain, fever & inflammation. However, among the many side effects are kidney damage, stomach ulcer (even bleeding) & increase in blood pressure, to name but a few. Always make sure desired benefit outweighs potential risks.
