Not my favorite: There is a moderate amount of GI risk. If you believe the studies suggesting increased cardiac risk from nsaids, diclofenac is shown to have one of the highest risks.

Yes for most!: Major concerns would be patient with previous ulcer, high blood pressure, and congestive heart failure, and finally, renal disease. Most can take it safely!
