Many side effects: There are too many side effects to list them all. Common side effects for zomorph are addiction, constipation, nausea, vommitting, difficulty concentrating, confusion. For diclofenac: ulcers, heartburn, decreased kidney function, liver toxicity. For amitryptyline: it depends on the dose. Common problems are drowsiness, nightmares, confusion and difficulty concentrating.
