Hi there< i believe there is a newish drug that works well as an alternative to diclofenac, but has fewer side effects. i am not sure of the name.

Diclofenac: Regular diclofenac is usually 50mg tabs - a better and safer choice is to take the 25mg liquid in a gel cap (Zipsor) - Insurance usually does not like to pay for something that is safer - but they will pay for cheap. Another choice is Meloxicam or Nalfon
