Doctor issue: Might be a good idea to just tell him you weren't finished with your description of your symptoms. Of course, sometimes the doctor patient relationship just doesn't work, so you might need to find a new physician.

No more money: I do not think it is a money problem. How can your doctor help you if he does not know your symptoms? If he does not listen to you? I would suggest you simply ask him to listen to you. If he does not, either he is too busy or not interested, then you need to look for another doctor.
