See who you wish to: America is a wonderful country and a free country. That means each person can go to see whichever doctor she wishes to see as long as she is paying for her own medical care. If she is having someone else or some insurer pay for part or all of her medical care, then that other person has some say in the matter. In this free country, doctors may refuse to see a patient, with some exceptions.
