A member asked:

My sgpt is 52 and bilirubin is 8. can i start eating birgers and chicken?

Hepatitis A: I understand that you have hepatitis a and that these are your labs. Diet restriction is not the key to recovery from hepatitis a. The real question is, "how do you feel?" as a pathologist / lab specialist, i can assure you that no lab test carries weight comparable to your own sense of how far along your recovery has progressed. I'm glad your appetite is back and i wish you a speedy recovery.
