Make appointment: There may be several factors causing you to not ovulate. Certain hormone levels may need to be evaluated and possible an ultrasound to evaluate your ovaries.

Working with Docs: Yes, you can get a medication for this. And, no this will require an office visit. Expecting free care is not respectful for your relationship with your physician.

2o infertility: Looks like you've been able to get pregnant in past & had 2 deliveries. If you're not ovulating now, something's changed, so your doc needs to see you in person for an evaluation to determine cause before discussing appropriate testing & medication. S/he may be able to order some tests before seeing you to get ball rolling but it depends upon you & your doc.
