Unusual: Meloxicam is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medication and should not cause dizziness. However, it can cause stomach irritation and nausea and dizziness can run hand in hand together. Make sure you are well hydrated, discuss these reactions with your physician. If you are taking that and amytripiline and Meloxicam for post-concussive syndrome, have your cervical spine assessed.

Mobic (meloxicam) side effects: Meloxicam is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medication and can cause unwanted side effects. Common side effects are stomach upset, nausea, indigestion .... Less commonly, it can cause dizziness, drowsiness, faintness, or lightheadedness when getting up suddenly from a lying or sitting position ... If you continue to experience same side effects, please see your doctor for medication change.
