Coincidence likely: Sounds like a coincidence. Millions of women in the U.S. will take out tampons today, just like they did yesterday and the day before. They don't get "really dizzy and nauseous", merely from taking out a tampon. If such unusual symptoms recur or persist in this case, one's primary doctor can evaluate.
