Drug Screen: Metabolites of all drugs and medications you take may show up on a drug screen. If you inform the lab and show your prescriptions when providing urine for the test, you should be fine. If the vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) you took was not prescribed to you, that's a different issue. Take care.

Drug Testing: When you are being monitored for drugs and alcohol one must be hypervigilent and be aware of everything we put in our mouths. Drug testing or screening has gotten very specific and with increasing validity can pick up most drug metabolites. It is always best to be honest up front rather than to be called in for a 'dirty' urine.
