It should be fine: If there's no open wound, discharge and it's more than a week after suturing(more stable stitches). Have fun!

No: Ocean water is not clean and with a fresh wound that still has stitches in it, you could get infected. Mycobacterium marinum is a unique infection caused from bacteria in saltwater.
