Both! Neither!: Ibuprofen is an nsaid, useful to relieve pain, fever & inflammation. Naproxen is a similar drug, also available w/o prescription. Tylenol is a brand of acetaminophen, useful to relieve pain & fever but has no anti-inflammatory properties. Ibuprofen & Acetaminophen can be used together; Naproxen & acetaminophen, too. But never take both Ibuprofen & Naproxen together. Nsaids can damage kidneys, incr.
