Hangover: The best thing for a hangover is plenty of hydration, rest, & time -- also avoiding getting that drunk in the first place. Tylenol (acetaminophen) could add to liver injury/inflammation that you created by excessive alcohol; advil (ibuprofen) would be safer in this respect but could aggravate alcohol-induced gastritis if it's there. B-complex w/extra thiamine (100 mg) may counter b-vitamin depletion from alcohol.
