You can take Tylenol (acetaminophen): But since you are taking Naprosyn you should not take Advil or any other NSAID with The Naprosyn which is a NSAID because of various potential side effects. Let your doctor know that the pain is not well controlled if adding Tylenol (acetaminophen) does not help but don't exceed more than 2000 mg a day.

Probably : Commonly used "muscle relaxants" include cyclobenzaprine (flexaril) or benzodiazepams (Valium - Xanax (alprazolam) drugs). None of these should result in an adverse reaction with NSAID (Advil) or Acetaminophen (Tylenol) type meds. HOWEVER.... A good medical practice is to call the pharmacy where you got your prescription filled - ask pharmacist if any issues between ANY med you use and the muscle relaxant.
