Lymph vessel trauma: Frequent and vigorous masturbation can cause a painful swelling behind the head of the penis. Give you penis a break and leave it alone for a week. The thrombosis of the lymph vessel causes this picture. Advil (ibuprofen) and rest for the little guy is advised.
