Pregnancy?: Pregnancy will typically lead periods to stop for 9 months or so. Primary amenorrhea (lack of menses) is different from secondary amenorrhea (have had menses in past but not currently). Go see your doctor for evaluation if negative or positive (latter for prenatal care).
