Not really: Vascular eds does not affect the lungs, the confusion may be caused by the fact that medicines used to treat eds like viagra (sildenafil) work by dilating blood vessels to improve blood flow to the penis. Some patients with lung disease have a problem called pulmonary hypertension, and benefit from the same drugs, only in this case the blood vessels dilating effect involves the circulation in the lungs.
