Hallucinations: Please see a neurologist for evaluation of visual hallucinations in the setting of hashimoto's.

Check optic nerve!: Please see an eyemd to rule out any retinal condition. Thyroid eye disease does not cause hallucinations, but can cause optic nerve compression. A visual field exam and color vision test can help. If these are normal, then discuss with your family physician and consider psychology consult.
