Allergies or fatigue: Bags under the eyes at your age group is generally one of two things or a combination of them both. Allergies in the nose will congest the veins that drain into the nose. When these veins get backed up they present as bags under the eyes. When the allergies get treated , the bags go away. You could also be tired which could cause similar findings get some sleep and get some flonase.
