Odd description: This is an odd description of loss of shoulder motion, but your doctor is probably correct if you're losing motion without an injury causing it. Therapy for now would be the most appropriate next step.

?: Pretty young for capsulitis which most often times affects women aged 40-60. Can you move it to the side with external rotation and is it equal to your other arm? If so, its not frozen shoulder and something else. I would probably have a shoulder doc look at it with at least an xray if it persists.
