Funny?: It's kind of hard to understand what you mean by "funny". Basically, the nebulizer treatment is to open up your small airways in lungs such that air can be exchanged a lot easier, thus relieving your sob. Your breathing will then become easier. However, some nebulizer treatment like albuterol, may increase your heart rate, cause some jitteriness also. If so, please talk to your doctor.
