Several reasons: Migraine runs in families due to genetics, and is a problem with sensitivity of brain glutamate. Relatively easy to prevent the headaches, as we have both prescription and otc treatments, and also botox. See a neurologist, maybe headache specialist and get under control. No frank cure, but control can be amazing.

migraine cure: Recent studies demonstrate that migraines are related to compressed nerves around the scalp and neck area. There is significant data from recent surgical procedures indicating that durable long-term relief can be obtained with surgery. The procedures are minimally invasive, and outpatient-based.
