Lower CO & BP, ?WPW: Cardiac (heart) output always primarily determined by blood return, heart filling, beat-by-beat (cannot pump out what did not come in). As rate ↑es, ↑ing venous pressure & rate of return becomes ↑ingly important. If not well coordinated, cardiac output, co, drops. Since co combined with total peripheral resistance of arterioles determines bp, then ↓co tends to result in ↓ BP esp >200. Wpw or lgl ?
