Yes: Foul smelling urine can indicate a possible urinary tract infection. You need a urinalysis and urine culture done by your physician to assess and possibly treat if you have a uti. Also, the underlying risk factors for a UTI must be assessed for men and women both, especially if recurrent utis occur.
