Rosehip seed oil: This is used topically (meaning on the skin, not taking it in systemically). It can be helpful for post-surgical wound healing. Rose hips have a high concentration of vitamin c, an important nutrient for the cells involved in healing. Some "rejuvenating" or skin products are also made from this oil, touted as "the next coconut oil." it should be safe on your skin in pregnancy.
