Why do you feel pressure down below during early pregnancy?

Varies: The uterus begins to enlarge very early, there is usually an ovarian cyst present that is a normal part of the pregnancy, there is increased blood flow to the pelvic organs, and many women have some degree of urinary retention during pregnancy - any and all of this can result in fullness and pressure in the pelvis.
