can prostate pain radiate down the leg?

Not normally: However, something concerning about this is the very common occurrence of prostate metastisis to the lumbar spine which can lead to a radiculopathy, which causes pain radiating down the leg. If there is new radiation down leg, i would recommend seeing your oncologist as as possible and make sure to get lumbar xrays or whatever imaging the oncologist may prefer like a pet scan. Hope that helps.
