Enjoy life: A fetus is relatively well protected within the womb from some of the jarring and buffeting your body experiences during any physical activity. Unless your OB has identified an unusual situation in your case, most activity, including jet skiing is fine in the earlier stages of pregnancy.I have known zumba trainers that worked up until a few days before delivery, and had amazing recovery afterward.
