Can appendicitis cause pain in legs?

No: Adnominal pain, worse in the right lower abdomen with nausea & sometimes fever occurs. Leg pain does not generally occur with appendicitis.

Possibly: If the appendix is pelvic in location and irritating the obturator nerve, then pain can be caused when the r leg is rotated laterally. This is not common. You should see your physician for evaluation.
