Without knowing the: Situation you are talking about, it's hard to say. However, social anxiety is an intense fear of some or even all social situations. Hallucinations are not usually part of that illness, and are seeing, hearing, tasting, smelling or feeling things that the people around you do not. Not sure what you mean by reacting slowly.

Completely Different: Anxiety disorders have to do with feeling nervous, worrying, obsessing or having panic attacks or ptsd. Hallucinations are symptoms. There are different kind of hallucinations (auditory, visual and more). If a person has hallucinations, that means they are psychotic. There are both physical and mental causes. Often, folks with schizophrenia hear voices and are anxious because of paranoia.
