A member asked:

Is thick blood clot normal during midcycle?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Effects of bleeding: Thick blood clots are an indication of excessive bleeding. An occasional clot is not an issue, but if it is a regular occurrence it may be a cause for concern especially if your hemoglobin falls below normal. It would be prudent to discuss it with your doctor at your next visit.
