It shouldnt: Rooibos tea is actually even used by some as a very weak muscle relaxant. However, that being said, if you do notice pain in muscles after every time you drink it, i would try to avoid it. You may have an unusual sensitivity to it (not a true allergy), but again, this is very unlikely. Hope that helps!
