Possible: It's possible, though somewhat unlikely as depot has only a 4% chance of pregnancy over the course of a year. More likely is that the Progesterone in the depot has caused some irregular bleeding for you. Unfortunately, that's the #1 side effect of the depot. If it bothers you or continues, you can talk to your doc about a rx for low dose birth control, that can sometimes help. Good luck!
