Your probably right: The upper quadrant is a dynamic functional and structural entity. A dysfunction in one region causes compromises in another region. Treating just part of the problem allows the remaining problems to continue and additional compromises will become evident. You need to see about all of the interrelationships and treat the composite of problems with appropriate therapies.
