Needs to be checked: You have been bleeding and spotting for more than a month following miscarriage.I will suggest you consult your gynecologist and get it checked, why you are bleeding.

Miscarriage: You should have had serial HCG measurements down to determine whether you've gotten rid of all the products of conception. If your HCG is trailing, this means there may have been retained some fetal products and you will need to see doc to get them out. This may be the explanation of your continuous bleeding.
