If i was told i'm 7 weeks and 5 days pregnant on july 29th at my first u/s does tht mean i'm 7 weeks and 5 days since conception?

No: 7 5/7 weeks estimated gestational age is time from last menstrual period by convention. It is similar to 5 5/7 weeks estimated from time of actual conception. The two weeks difference is adjusting for time of ovulation, usually ~14 days for most women.
