No: Vomiting does not indicate the day of conception. The accuracy of "dating" a pregnancy (for example, by ultrasound measurement of the fetus or associated structures) has limitations on accuracy. By knowing how far along the pregnancy is, we can predict when conception occurred. But it will always be a range of dates, not an exact day. Knowing when you had intercourse in that range will help.
