Yes: The more surgeries you have on the uterus, the greater the risk of abnormalities of development of the placenta. You are also at greater risk of having scar tissue that has developed from your previous surgeries.

No: Unless something abnormal is found later on ultrasound, e.g. Abnormal placentation/placenta accreta, having several c-sections alone won't put you in a "high risk" category per se. It will likely be a more difficult surgery, though. Take care!

Possibly: While increase in the number of surgeries (c-section) increases the surgical risk with increase in abdominal and pelvic adhesions and the antenatal risk with the risk of uterine rupture, most general ob/gyn's are equipped to manage these pregnancies. If it is expected to be a difficult surgery, proper precautions may be taken (scheduling c/s with another surgeon).
