I had my 3rd c section last year october 1, 2021 and im now 15 weeks pregnant and have my 4th c section in november should i be concern being it will be a year since my last one when i go in ? im super nervous/scared?

There is no reason to be "super" nervous. It is a greater concern that this will be your 4th C-section rather than the short interval. Placental location near the uterine scar can be a problem but is manageable. The surgery itself can be technically more difficult for your doctor. Get to the hospital promptly if labor starts before your scheduled surgery since that is a high risk situation.
