Stomach pain: As long as you are not bleeding, at this gestational age some mild cramps are usually normal. They represent your uterus resisting stretching as it grows with your pregnancy. If it happens while you are active, you can stop what you are doing and see if the cramping stops. In those cases it is usually nothing to worry about.

Yes, normal: This sounds like normal "growing pains". As your uterus grows up and out of your pelvis, it is normal to feel some pressure in you lower abdomen, add in the "sweeping" and now the ligaments supporting your uterus, the round ligaments begin to stretch. This can give you some discomfort as well. These pains are usually on one side or the other. Both sensations are normal. Concern would bleeding.
