Hard to say: Your symptoms are basic and common symptoms that can occur easily with mild dehydration, post nasal drainage from rhinitis or basic dry mouth. Cont drinking something cold if this helps. But if you have other symptoms such as dry eyes , fatigue fevers- then you would benefit from further evaluation.

Vocal hygene: You are not drinking enough water to lubricate your vocal folds. Drink at least 2 liters of pure water a day (8 glasses) at least and see how much better you will feel. Avoid diet pop a caffeine as in coffee. You will notice the difference feel better. Good luck!
