Blood clots: Not uncommon to have some blood clots still being voided. See your doc if the urine is red or its painful to urinate or you can't urinate.

Ureter stent: It could be normal to have little bleeding after the procedure but if having pain or increasing amount of clots , fatigue , you should get back with your doc asap.
