Worth considering: While the Depo-Provera (medroxyprogesterone) shot should have worn off by now, it is still possible that your cycle irregularity and an ovulation is related to the Depo-Provera (medroxyprogesterone) shot. First, i would make sure that you are not pregnant now, and also ask you doctor about testing for thyroid and prolactin levels. You may then need Provera (medroxyprogesterone) to induce a period and Clomid to induce ovulation.
