Yes to both: Adhd meds are usually stimulants, which are known to cause dizziness. They also cause an increased metabolic rate that demands more food. Without that food, there is a risk of low blood sugar, which can cause dizziness. True vertigo (spinning), however, is usually caused by inner ear problems. Have you had an ear ache, or ringing in your ears? Does a change in position bring on dizziness?
