Is my adhd meds making me dizzy, i was just sitting and i felt like the whole room was spinning, i didn't eat lunch, could that have caused mydizzines?

Without that food, there is a risk of low blood sugar, which can cause dizziness. True vertigo (spinning), however, is usually caused by inner ear problems. Have you had an ear ache, or ringing in your ears? Does a change in position bring on dizziness?
