Not a direct answer to your question, however, Alcohol is a poison that never did anybody any good, ever, so stay away from it. It will destroy your brain cells, facilitate development of cancer in many organs, including breast, cause hepatitis, cirrhosis and pancreatitis etc. There is no safe level of alcohol intake. Quit while you are ahead.

One side effect of the medication is dizziness. The symptom should be followed and if worsening occurs with alcohol intake, avoidance is one option. Discuss the interaction with alcohol with your phamacist and physician. Most likely the dizziness is a side effect of the medication. Watch for signs of shortness of breath, dizziness with exertion and fainting.
