Yes.: A 0.1cm variance on echocardiography between the ivs and pw is within normal limits for normal ivs and pw values. If any concerns, your cardiologist should be able to pull up your echo images for you to see how the reading was done. Thanks, er board certified, comprehensive adult echocardiography fellow, american society of echocardiography level 3 echocardiographer.
